6 Steps To A Great Blog Post

March 17, 2020 Off By Crystal Watkins

I know just how you feel. This has happened to me more times than I care to remember. It usually goes like this: I write a blog post, I love it and I start promoting the heck out of it.

If you write SEO friendly blog tips on your blog, then you will be able to get lots of free traffic from search engine. It is the key for making money from blogging.

If you don’t already have a blog, creating a blog is your first step. You can do this very quickly. Creating a new blog at blogger.com (which is owned by Google) only takes a minute or two. This is your “sample” blog. Think of this blog as your blogging portfolio.

Read through all your blog comments again and see if there are any questions or comments that you could use to write a post to expand on these comments or answer any questions raised in a more comprehensive way. The fact that people have raised these issues in comments to your blog indicate that you visitors would like to know more about them. Have you read any information lately about new ideas on these topics? If so, write a blog post about them.

I think that video blogging is more of a fad, or perhaps a niche market. Some people do enjoy the personalization that video blogging offers – so I’m fairly certain that video blogging is here to stay. However, I’m not convinced that there’s a big market for these types of blogs. You are probably wondering why I say this. Why would a person rather read paragraphs rather than watch an entertaining video? Don’t more people watch the news rather than read the newspaper?

Guest blogging is a solid “White hat link building strategy.” When your guest post gets published, you build backlinks to your blog and this will boost your pagerank over time. A backlink from a quality article published on a reputable blog is measured as a vote of credibility. With the recent clampdown on “Private blog networks,” guest blogging will only wax stronger and it’s one of the link building strategies that have stood the test of time.

There are actually thousands or even millions of helpful blogging tips and tricks that a beginner can digest, but it takes time, effort, and dedication to actually get the income that you dreamed of through blogging. In blogging, the word success is something that can be compared to reaching a star in the skies. There are some who according to them got lucky and are able to experience the taste of success in blogging. Luck is not something that I believe in. Someone should work hard to attain his goals and success and this applies well to making your blog.

So take the plunge. Start blogging today. If you’re already a blogger and didn’t see the benefits the first time around, try making it a part of your routine – and have a little fun. Give it time to work for you.
