There are many exciting possibilities for a person who chooses to go on a cruise vacation. They can choose where to go, how long to go, and what they want to do while they are on the cruise.

Petra is a classic. You must schedule a full day and preferably sleep there as well. The landscape is very unique and the site is full of archaeological wonders to discover. Visiting the caves is a unique experience that children particularly enjoy. Here as well, hook with a good tour guide and opt for the camel ride. Make sure you negotiate prices for the whole group prior to the visit. Otherwise, these tend to fluctuate. The entrance fee to Petra is considerable, but worth the investment.

Some will go snorkeling and see the beautiful creatures living under the sea. Others will go kayaking while a few will go to the middle of the sea to scuba dive st lucia. The beach is an inviting place also for Frisbees, volleyball and other sports.

The Royal Botanical Gardens is an awesome display of plant life, rose gardens and Pyramid glass houses. Darling Harbour is a must-see tourist and leisure park of museums, casino, aquarium, gardens, restaurants and gift shops.

Beaches are not just about fun activities though. Others will find it enough to unwind by the beachside and gaze at the beauty of nature. Some will try to get a tan, or just read a book while watching their family having fun.
