Kratom powder is often compared to java in its own natural healing ability. It’s an evergreen tree which grows throughout much of southeast Asia. For centuries, the bark of the tree was used as a medicinal therapy for a variety of ailments. Today, it’s frequently employed as a dietary supplement, due to its specific properties, but its history of aiding pain control goes back at least five million years. These days, it’s more commonly used as an alternative pain treatment remedy for a wide array of conditions.
Kratom comes from the leaves of this Asiatic Malayan kratom shrub. Kratom is indigenous to Thailand and other areas of Southeast Asia, where it is used by the people for hundreds of years. Kratom is used chiefly as an Asian treatment for arthritis and muscular pain. In the USA, kratom powder is available in powder, pill, and tea type.
In Thailand, kratom powder may be sold under the name”cesspool kratom” or”tiger kratom,” owing to its taste and odor. The leaves of this kratom tree are dried, cracked, and then made to a powder, where it is used to make a variety of types of drinks, including tea. Kratom powder may be mixed with warm honey, milk, or other sweeteners, or utilized in place of java in a yummy iced coffee drink. Kratom tea can also be taken by ingesting it at the regular form, or added to food (like in kratom cookies, or Thai salad).
Some kratom comes from the root only, while some come from the underground leaves and stems. In Thailand, however, the leaves and stalks are used mainly for tea, in addition to other programs, for example, treatment of arthritis, muscle fatigue, anxiety, depression, fatigue, mild stomach aches, nausea, sleep disorders, and urinary ailments. The kratom also has positive effects on mood and vitality, sexual performance, and body temperature. Kratom has been found to help limit the appetite, and increase energy.
Side effects of kratom use include increased urination, constipation, dizziness, mouth dryness, flu-like symptoms, restlessness, difficulty sleeping, nausea, perspiration, and body warmth. In high dosages, users have also reported increased strength, irritability, aggression, depression, nausea, flushing, anxiety, mood swings, and changes in blood pressure and heart rate. At low dosages, users experience restlessness, a decrease in appetite, headaches, diminished libido, mood swings, increased urination, and chest pain. Paradoxically, users have reported allergic reactions like asthma and allergies. However, all these unwanted effects can subside after the body adjusts to kratom’s effect. Individuals using kratom should not take it if they have other drugs such as Tylenol or other nitrates, bronchodilators, medications for controlling seizures, or a heart or blood pressure disorder, and should never make kratom into a regular habit.Read more about Kratom here.
