Nori seaweed is extremely nutritious and is very good for your health. It is considered to be a “super food” because it is packed full of vitamins, nutrients and even some rare trace elements. Nori is very high in protein, iron and vitamin C. It is also a great source of vitamin A, vitamin B2, iodine, potassium and magnesium. Best of all is that it is extremely low fat!

There are traditional writings that state this plant can also be used in the treatment of hair loss and baldness, parasite infections and constipation. It would seem there are so many claims reported, it’s hard to keep up with them all. This little plant is truly amazing!

Make sure that the gel will not reach your eyes. It will be painful for the eyes and can make it teary. But just in case, immediately wash your eyes with clean water and let it rest for minutes.
