Writing a blog for a website is much easier than making it noticed and making it a hit. Until and unless your posting is not ranked, your worth of writing is not prized. Your blog is your trump card to win you business and much much more. For your blogs to be successful make sure that you set your area of interest and then start focusing on it.

There are tons of ways to find blogs that will cover you. You’ve probably heard a bajillion people say to check Alexa rankings or use specific blog search engines. These are all great ways, no doubt. But, as always, we rock things a little different over here in my joint.

Warrior Forum often has posters who list blogs with dofollow links enabled. You may have to search around a bit, but they’re there. The problem here is the same problems as numbers 1 and 2 above – namely these blogs get ambushed with spam and the dofollow is changed to nofollow quickly.

At the end of the day, if I have a choice between commenting on a dofollow blog and a nofollow blog, I’ll opt for the dofollow (assuming all else is equal such as PR for the respective URLs).

check out my articles are now being used more and more in the place of websites. There are themes and styles available that make them look very professional so they remain attractive to the potential customer. This is why more and more blogs are being used for ecommerce. You don’t need to have a website to conduct business on the Internet.

In the business world as well as the personal world; blogging became a way to share information fast. The short inserts published were able to reach readers across the globe with the click of the mouse.

Let’s say you are an insurance agent. You have expertise in life insurance and a specific set of benefits you bring to your Clients. A blog gives you a platform to talk about the latest ideas related to life insurance and life planning. You can give Clients (and potential Clients) tips and checklists. You can give them new ideas. You can relate the latest news to your products and services. The ideas are endless; these are just meant to be a start.

At the end of the day, deciding on whether or not you want to have a website or blog will depend on what your purpose is, your skill level, and budget. Visit blogs to see what they look like and how they are structured and do the same with websites. Then decide what will work best for you and what you want to achieve.
